At Taylor Technologies Water Testing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
